VETTING AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Queer Therapy Network MHP Houston Chapter Certified MHP and Training MHP members are carefully vetted and selected. All Certified or Training MHPs must comply with the Queer Therapy Network MHP Houston Chapter's Pledge, Code of Ethics, and Code of Respect that outline the ethical standards of behavior for our members.
Queer Therapy Network MHP Houston Chapter understands that situations may arise and we expect our Certified and Training MHP members to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Queer Therapy Network MHP Houston Chapter will change the way LGBTQIA+ community members access mental healthcare by providing the first queer-affirming, certified, and accredited MHP network that houses certified and pre-licensed postgraduate mental health providers who understand the need to provide affordable, accessible, and inclusive mental health services. With this, we hope to meet these demands and the LGBTQIA+ community's needs--and, ideally, increase the number of LGBTQIA+ mental health providers worldwide to more than just 11%.
