"Follow The Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community

"Follow The Rainbow" is a universal sign and symbol of strength, courage, and hope for those battling mental health illness and to encourage those who are struggling in silence to speak up.

The "Follow the Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community is a non-profit mental health community for queer individuals who are struggling with their mental health. The community provides a welcoming, safe, inclusive, diverse, and judgment-free space for members to seek help, share their experiences, and receive support while connecting with other queer-identified people who are also navigating mental health challenges.

The "Follow The Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community is open to anyone who identifies as queer and their families, supporters, allies, and those who are questioning their identity,

The "Follow The Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community, founded by Kathryn Scurry in 2022, is open to anyone who identifies as queer and their families, supporters, allies, and those who are questioning their identity and help change how queer community members gain access to mental healthcare.

Kathryn states: "I wanted a space where we didn't have to explain ourselves or our identities. A space where we could just be ourselves and talk about the challenges we're facing without worrying about being judged."  "I've had my days of struggling with my mental health for a while now and it's been really nice having a supportive therapist who I can talk about it openly without feeling judged.

The "Follow The Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community features mental health booking services, exclusive groups, blogs, forums, community member and mental health professional podcast interviews, and a video channel dedicated to providing vital information on all things mental health.

"Follow The Rainbow" (FTR) Mental Health Community Services

"Follow the Rainbow" Queer Mental Health Community will offer queer individuals and their loved ones affordable mental health services in a safe, affirming, and inclusive environment. The services are available for all who are struggling with mental health disorders and substance abuse. Mental health is an important issue for the queer community as statistics continuously show that queer individuals are more likely to experience mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. This is likely due to the discrimination and stigma that queer individuals face.

The cost per session for FTRQMHC mental health services will vary depending on the type of service that are provided. Cost of services to be officially announced at a later date.
